1. Scope of service
Coachlytic provides data-driven performance coaching, consisting of daily briefings, weekly reports and individual training adjustments based on wearable data. Selected programmes additionally include personal coaching sessions in Zurich.
2. Term and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions have no minimum term. They renew automatically month to month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Annual subscriptions have a fixed term of 12 months. They renew automatically for successive 12-month periods unless cancelled effective at the end of the current term. Cancellation is available via the customer portal (Manage subscription) or by email to coach@coachlytic.app.
3. Prices and payment
Current prices are listed on the website. Payment is made monthly in advance by invoice or card.
4. Liability
Coachlytic is not a medical product. Content and recommendations do not replace medical treatment. Liability for the consequences of self-directed training is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
5. Jurisdiction
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss law applies.
