2. Data processing

We process personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable law. We process master data (contact details), usage data (log files, IP address, session information) and, on the basis of explicit consent, wearable data for the delivery of the coaching service.

The wearable data is processed into recovery, sleep and strain metrics and displayed to the coach in charge, so that training recommendations can be put in context and unusual patterns followed up personally. The data is not shared with third parties other than the processors listed in section 5.

3. Questionnaire and nutrition plan

After purchasing a programme you complete a questionnaire. In it we collect your goal, body data (age, height, weight, sex), your way of eating, intolerances, and a yes/no answer on whether you have a medical condition or take medication. We do not collect diagnoses or the names of medications.

The purpose is to create your training and nutrition plan. The legal basis is the consent you give in the questionnaire. You can withdraw it at any time by email to coach@coachlytic.app; processing up to the withdrawal remains lawful. The data is deleted when the contract ends.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal bases are in particular contract performance, legitimate interest and consent.

5. Third parties

• Resend (email delivery)
• WHOOP API (wearable data, after user connection)
• Oura API (wearable data, after user connection)
• Apple Health (wearable data, after user consent)
• Anthropic (text generation for the daily and weekly briefs; the data sent is pseudonymised, without name or contact details)
• Open Food Facts (product data for the nutrition plan; only product lookups are made, no personal data is transmitted)
• DigitalOcean (hosting · Frankfurt, Germany)
