2. Data processing

We process personal data exclusively within the framework of applicable law. We process master data (contact details), usage data (log files, IP address, session information) and, on the basis of explicit consent, wearable data for the delivery of the coaching service.

The wearable data is processed into recovery, sleep and strain metrics and displayed to the coach in charge, so that training recommendations can be put in context and unusual patterns followed up personally. The data is not shared with any further third parties.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal bases are in particular contract performance, legitimate interest and consent.
